Eleven years ago, with just a small dedicated team, we set out to provide the solutions to make outsourcing to Pakistan a more transparent and reliable outsourcing option. We started by replacing the traditional call centre seating plan instead with dedicated, soundproofed cabins that assure GDPR is gold standard.

With over 12 years of diverse experience in the UK, focusing particularly in South London, I hold a rich background in human resources, customer care, client acquisition, and industry-specific training. My professional journey spans multiple sectors, including the food and security industries, where I managed operations across major venues and most notably, the UK taxi industry.
I hold various British licenses including PCO for London, Private Hire, and Hackney Carriage, reflecting my deep involvement and understanding of the UK's transportation sector. My extensive hands-on experience in the taxi business allows me to provide tailored training focused on customer service excellence, industry regulations, and business operations for new and existing drivers.
As the HR Manager at Orion BRC, I not only oversee recruitment and employee development but also lead client acquisition strategies and deliver specialised training programs. My dual role ensures a holistic approach to workforce management and client relations, helping our team and partners thrive in a competitive landscape.
